CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Hans and Pat Suter Wildlife Refuge is set to get a makeover next month.

The Parks and Recreation Department announced today, invasive plants will be cleared from the 72-acre park to restore native landscape.

The city is partnering with the non-profit American Conservation Experience to make it all possible.

The project is scheduled for Jan. 6 and should take five weeks to complete.
