CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Coastal Bend Food Bank is known for helping many in our community.
But today, it got some help on its own.
The Coastal Bend Community Foundation presented the charity with a check for $280,000. Some of that money will also be goin to the food bank in Victoria.
The money was raised during a recent donation drive.
In addition to the money, folks with the Coastal Bend Community Foundation also lent a hand today by helping sort food for distribution.
