A major road reconstruction project in Flour Bluff is now open: Laguna Shores Road.
The $17 million project took a year-and-a-half to complete.
The improvements included widening the road and drainage improvements.
According to city officials, the new road will improve the life of Flour Bluff residents and those that drive through it.
