CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Former judge Guy Williams is once again facing legal troubles.
The embattled attorney once sat at on the bench of Nueces Co.'s 148th District Court. He was arrested at the courthouse Monday just after 1 p.m according to Sheriff J.C. Hooper.
Williams is charged with a 3rd degree Felony offense of making a terroristic threat and a Class B misdemeanor for criminal trespass. No details for the arrest have been released. Williams is expected to be magistrated Tuesday at which time he will learn what his bond amount and terms will be.
