CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — We have an update to a story about a man who went missing last week.
The Nueces Co. Medical Examiner's confirmed the body of a man found Tuesday in a stormwater drain on the south side is that of Joseph "Joey" Gonzales, who has been missing since June 11.
Police had been searching for Gonzales, who was reported to have had severe epilepsy had had gone days without medication.
Gonzales was found by a man who reported having seen a body in a stormwater drain near the 5900 block of La Costa Drive on Tuesday.
