ROCKPORT. TEXAS — The Hurricane Harvey recovery has been tough on many Coastal Bend families.
Some of those who have had to rebuild their homes, however, are seeing a bit of a silver lining.
With the second anniversary of Hurricane Harvey having recently passed, one community in Rockport is focusing on the storm's bright side.
The Fisher family, along with others, are seeing a perk to the new renovations the city made them implement after Harvey’s destruction: over 40 percent in savings on electricity before the storm.
