The other victim of the head-on collision has been identified as Mathew Banda of Sinton.

CCPD has reported that the at-fault driver was believed to be under the influence of an intoxicating substance at the time of the wreck.
The 35-year-old female was traveling north in the southbound lane of US HWY 181 when the wreck happened and was taken to a local hospital with injuries from the crash.
She is expected to face two counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault.

Officials with the San Patricio County Sheriff's Office have confirmed that 37-year-old Betsy Mandujano was killed last night in a horrific crash on the Harbor Bridge.
According to Sheriff Oscar Rivera, a wrong-way driver crashed head-on into Mandujano's vehicle as she and her friend were traveling into Corpus Christi.
Betsy Mandujano was with a friend at the time of the accident, and it is unclear who was driving the vehicle.
Sheriff Rivera expressed how his department is devastated by this senseless tragedy.
"Betsy served with our family at the San Patricio Co Sheriff’s Office for 10 years. She was very active in our community public relations events, including parades and evening celebrations at our popcorn socials. We are torn apart by this tragedy. Our sincere condolences to the families. God Bless our angel," stated a Facebook post from Sheriff Oscar Rivera.

Corpus Christi police confirm all lanes of the bridge are open for traffic.

Police have confirmed to KRIS 6 that two individuals died in a three-car crash.
Two other victims have been taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
The southbound lanes are closed and officials recommend finding an alternative route.

According to a tweet from the Corpus Christi Police Department officers are working on a major accident on US HWY 181.
The Harbor Bridge has been shut down until further notice.
Both southbound and northbound are closed. CCPD is asking to find an alternative route if possible.
