The Hamlin Middle School teacher accused of sexual assault of a child last week is back in the Nueces County Jail.

CCISD Police rearrested Anthony Quintanilla yesterday after identifying a second victim a few days ago, said chief Kirby Warnke, and have been in communication with that student.

Nueces County jail officials say Quintanilla is charged with improper relationship between an educator and student; bond has been set at $200,000.

Warnke would not release details in this case, citing the open investigation. CCISD Police are asking any other potential victims to contact the CCISD Police Department.

Quintanilla, 47, was arrested last Wednesday on charges of sexually assaulting a child and improper relationship between an educator and student.
