---
A group of protesters say the city is discriminating against the homeless and plans to make their voices heard outside City Hall in just a few hours.
They’re upset about an ordinance that would ban the homeless from Blucher Park.
The City Council is set to take a final vote on the ordinance during tomorrow's council meeting.
The local protest group plans to camp out at City Hall starting this afternoon and vow to stay there until the start of the council meeting tomorrow morning.
