PORTLAND, Texas — Shoes were a popular item during a shopping spree today at the Portland Walmart.
Dozens of students from Gregory-Portland schools picked out $130 worth of goodies each, courtesy of the 'Shop with a Cop' program.
And it was no surprise that new school clothes, and toys, were must-haves with these young shoppers.
