SAN DIEGO, Texas — Arson is being considered as a possible cause in an early morning fire that swept through a fire at a 100-year-old home in San Diego early this morning.
San Diego Fire Chief Juan Soliz told KRIS-TV that the fire was reported at 5 a.m. at a home in the intersection of St. Charles Street and South Victoria. The fire is believed to have started at the back of the residence.
State marshals have called to start an investigation of the blaze.
The house was occupied, but no one was home at the time of the fire.
No injuries were reported. The home was a complete loss.
Soliz told KRIS that the family occupying the home believes they were being targeting in a continuing dispute with another family.
Because of the ongoing quarrel between the families, the fire marshal was called to the investigation,
