CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Local firefighting crews battled a small electrical fire Sunday afternoon at the STX Meat Processing facility in the 9000 block of Leopard Road.
It began around 1 p.m. at the facility in the 9000 block of Leopard Road.
The fire was inside the rendering part of the facility. No employees were injured and damage was limited.
Annaville and Corpus Christi units responded.
