CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The old H-E-B headquarters building in the downtown area is getting a makeover. It’s the pink and green building on upper Broadway.
According to documents from the Nueces County Appraisal District, developer Lynn Frazier bought the building last year from the Ed Rachal Foundation.
Frazier plans to turn the building into a modern office space that may even have retail spaces on the first floor.
The building will include a rooftop terrace that overlooks downtown.
There is no word on when construction will wrap up.
