CCPD investigates home invasion robbery

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Corpus Christi police are looking for three suspects who took part in a home invasion robbery.

The incident unfolded inside of a home in the 3900 blocks of Chestnut Street around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

According to officers at the scene, three suspects broke into the home, demanded money, and took personal items from the house.

Police also said the only people inside of the home were two children and a babysitter. The three suspects, two men, and a woman did not injure any of the robbery victims. But officers added one of the men pulled out a handgun.

Police are looking to gather more information about the suspects.
