KRIS 6 News has obtained the police report of the incident to get further details.

According to the police report from the CCPD, neighbors showed officials video they recorded of a man clinging to the hood of a black Ford Ecosport Sport Utility Vehicle driving at a high speed along the 3600 block of Giants Drive.

In the video, the man screamed "stop," multiple times while the vehicle was moving, according to the report.

The video also showed that the vehicle was driving down the street in the same direction the victim was found. A separate video also showed the wheels lifted up on one side as it drove "over an object."

Following an investigation, officials later contacted 54-year-old Norfilia Aguirre at a residence. According to the report, officials also found a car that matched the description of the car in the video inside a garage at the location.

The report states Aguirre said she was driving the Ford Ecosport with the victim on the hood but "did not see how (he) got off her vehicle." She said she drove around the block and went back home.

Aguirre was then transported to the City Detention Center after she was arrested and charged with murder.
