CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Thousands of Corpus Christi Independent School District employees got together for a back-to-school tradition on Wednesday at the American Bank Center.
Think of it as every high school pep rally you ever went to, all rolled into one.
The back-to-school convocation is meant to get CCISD employees fired up for the start of the new school year.
Students at CCISD return to the classroom on August 9th.
