CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A resolution to upgrade Artesian Park was passed by the city council at today's meeting.
In order to increase the quality of life in the downtown area, the project will add structured gardens, resurface walkways and add lighting and art to the park.
The improvements will cost $150,000, and will come from the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3 budget.
In 2016, the park was updated with a new irrigation system and landscaping.
