City, area school delays announced for Tuesday

This is a list of school districts that have announced delayed starts for Tuesday due to inclement weather. If you don't see your school district here, we haven't received information from them yet or there is no decision made.

NORMAL START TIMES

Corpus Christi ISD is expecting students as usual.

DELAYED START TIMES

Bishop CISD is delaying class start times by two hours.

Kingsville ISD schools will see one-hour delays. Elementary classes will begin at 9 a.m., intermediate and middle school classes will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the high school will start classes at 10 a.m.

Refugio ISD is delaying class start times by two hours. Buses will pick up at 9:30 am. Classes will start at 10 am.

Taft ISD classes will be delayed. Buses will begin picking students up at 9 a.m., and teachers need to report by 9:30 a.m. Classes begin at 10 a.m. Breakfast will be available as usual.

Woodsboro ISD is delaying class start times by two hours. Buses will leave at 9 am, staff will arrive at 9:30 am, and classes will start at 10 am.

West Oso ISD will be delaying class start times by two hours. Students are to report to class at 10 a.m. at all campuses. Buses will start at 9 a.m., staff is to report to class at 9:30 a.m. and no breakfast will be served this morning.

Texas Department of Transportation spokesman Rickey Dailey told KRIS Communications on Monday night that they will be monitoring weather and road conditions throughout the night, especially in the region's northern counties, Bee, Live Oak, Goliad and Karnes.
