Aransas Pass Police needs help identifying burglar suspect

The Aransas Pass Police Department needs help in identifying a burglary suspect who is possibly armed.

The police department says that on or about Tuesday, May 5 at about 10:55 p.m., an unidentified suspect burglarized a vehicle located at the residence in the 200 block of S. 12th.

Police say a 301 piece Pittsburgh brand ratchet and tool set was stolen along with a Mechanic’s brand tool set. Police believe the suspect is a young male with tattoos on both legs and may be armed with a handgun.

Police were able to retrieve surveillance video of the crime.
