CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — New details are unfolding on the high speed chase from Portland to Corpus Christi that happened Saturday.
38-year-old Jeremy Chancellor of Rockport is facing felony charges for evading police in a vehicle among other traffic violations.
Portland police chased Chancellor at times reaching speeds up to 100 mph.
The pursuit ended after Chancellor crashed into another vehicle at the intersection of Ayers and Gollihar Road.
Chancellor remains jailed in the San Patricio County Jail with a $15,000 bond.
