Fiesta de la Flor is expected to bring increased traffic congestion to the downtown area over the next few days.
Street closures have gone in to effect in the area of Shoreline Boulevard, Water Street and Fitzgerald Street and will remain through Sunday afternoon.
The Barge Dock is also closed.
Thousands are expected to attend the 5th annual Fiesta de la Flor, which begins on Friday.
