The Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission is looking into what led to the fatal rollover accident that claimed the life of a Tuloso-Midway High School student earlier this month.

Eighteen-year old Justin Franco was driving a car with four other teens when his vehicle rolled over on County Road 48, north of Robstown on March 8.

DPS investigators say beer bottles were found in the car. The TABC tells KRIS 6 News they want to know where the teens got the alcohol.

Meanwhile, DPS is still looking into what caused Franco to run off the road in the first place.

He died at the scene.

The four other teens were taken to the hospital. Three have since been released and one is heading to Houston where he will receive additional treatment.
