Investigators have announced the arrest of a suspect allegedly involved in a shooting that left a 20-year-old man dead.
Members of a U.S. Marshals task force and Ingleside police officers said they arrested 23-year-old Ralph Espinoza Jr. Friday.
Ralph Espinoza Jr. allegedly shot and killed 20-year-old Parris Tipton during a shooting near Glen Arbor Park on February 24, 2019.
On March 7, the Corpus Christi police department asked the U.S. Marshals-led Gulf Coast Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force to assist in the manhunt
Members of the U.S. Marshals task force, with the assistance of the Ingleside Police Department, arrested Espinoza after locating him at an address near 2000 State Highway 361.
Espinoza was taken to the Corpus Christi Police Department for processing.
There is a $500,000 bond set at this time.
