Almost 4,500 AEP customers are without power Thursday evening.
Omar Lopez, with AEP, said the power outage happened around 7:12 p.m. Thursday.
In a Facebook post, the energy company stated, “AEP Texas is aware of a power outage in the Flour Bluff area of Corpus Christi affecting approximately 4,500, customers. Crews are currently in route to assess the situation and determine the cause of the outage.”
