A former softball coach accused of sexually assaulting two underage girls said he’s innocent.

Forty-one-year-old Jacob Perez was arraigned in the 105th District Court this afternoon. He pleaded not guilty to four counts of sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child.

Judge Jack Pulcher set his trial date for June 17.

Perez was the head coach for the “Next Generation” select softball team.
