Several traffic accidents prompted the closure of Interstate 37 this morning near the Live Oak and Atascosa County line. Both sides of the highway will be closed from FM 1099 to FM 99 for several hours, DPS said.
At least 30 cars are involved in this accident scene. The crashes are stretched out over a mile and a half portion of the highway. No fatalities have been reported.
