A movie about Corpus Christi’s football history and the culture of the town itself has recently been released.
The movie, Old Man Football, features the story of local football legends returning to play a game of football in honor of their late Carroll High School teammate, Josh Bedford, as well as the culture and people that make up the Coastal Bend.
“It’s much more than a football film I would say,” Old Man Football director Luke Coffee said. “It’s a story about this community and you know all walks of life that exist here.”
The movie runs about two hours long and features many people returning as the “old man” football team challenged by players from other local high schools.
