If any of the people who were allegedly being prostituted are under the age of 18, he could be charged with a first degree felony.
If convicted on a first degree felony, he could face 5 years to 99 years in prison or life in prison.
Tunchez, who is the founder of the group “Stop Bullying”, is running for City Council District 3.
