Smash a car. Beat cancer.
Several people lined up this weekend to help beat cancer by smashing a car.
The event took place in the parking lot of Christus Spohn South to raise funds for this year’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign.
Some did not hold back and let their anger at cancer loose on the car.
“Every year they bring the car and set it up for us and we just ask for donations to take swing at it and let out some aggression for families and patients or whatever the case may be,” Heather Bourdon with Christus Spohn said.
