A man is dead after his vehicle skidded off of the road overnight. He was ejected and died at the scene, according to DPS.
DPS Troopers confirmed the victim is 25-year old Ryen Raoul Aleman from Robstown.
Investigators said Aleman was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The accident happened on Highway 44 near FM 24, about 3 miles south of Corpus Christi. The car flipped several times and landed in a ditch.
The accident is under investigation and slick roads may have been a factor.
