The Corpus Christi Police is asking for the public’s help in finding people they believe may be responsible for setting a fire that caused damage to several storage units in July.

According to CCPD, investigators believe a fire that started inside an unoccupied storage unit in the 4000 block of South Port Avenue on July 20 was set intentionally.

Security camera footage from the scene shows a red and black pickup truck, which police say could be a 1987-1991 Ford F-150 with red rims and dual fuel tanks.

Police are asking anyone with information about the truck or the suspected arsonists to contact Crime Stoppers at 888-TIPS (8477) or online at www.cctexas.com/crimestoppers. Information provided remains anonymous and could earn the tipster up to $2,500.
