Vice President Mike Pence will travel to Rockport today to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Harvey.

Pence is set to visit the First Baptist Church of Rockport and later meet with FEMA employees, disaster relief volunteers and other members of the Rockport community during his visit.
The vice president later will travel to Houston where he will visit the America First Action roundtable and a political event for the president.

Vice President Mike Pence is expected to arrive around 11:00 a.m. at Atlantic Aviation at CCIA. Following that he will tour First Baptist Church Rockport at noon where he will meet with officials. He is expected to give public remarks about 12:45 before departing CCIA about 3 pm
