CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — H-E-B has announced it will once again be waiving check cashing fees for people who have received stimulus checks.
Customers will be able to cash their checks for free at all H-E-B business centers.
This free service will apply only to U.S. Treasury-issued paper checks which are specific to economic impact payments.
To cash a check, a valid, non-expired state ID or a driver's license and social security number will be required.
