WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Donald Trump tweeted today that his campaign will be involved in the 2020 election lawsuit filed on behalf of the State of Texas by State Attorney General Ken Paxton earlier this week.
“We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!” the President said in his tweet.

Trump also said in another tweet he believes his case is "very strong with ALL CRITERIA MET."
This was not my case as has been so incorrectly reported. The case that everyone has been waiting for is the State’s case with Texas and numerous others joining. It is very strong, ALL CRITERIA MET. How can you have a presidency when a vast majority think the election was RIGGED? https://t.co/ZKu9sNVz2U

Twitter added a note to Trump's tweet that "this claim about election fraud is disputed."
The United States Supreme Court late Tuesday ordered Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan to reply to the lawsuit that was filed by Paxton.
Paxton has sued those four battleground states on behalf of the State of Texas saying the states made unconstitutional changes to their laws before the 2020 election.
He said those states tainted the integrity of the vote in Texas and in all of the other states.
