AUSTIN, Texas — Governor Greg Abbott made an announcement regarding Texas' response to COVID-19.
The press conference was on Monday, April 27 at 2:30 p.m. from the Texas State Capitol.
Abbott announced part of a plan to re-open the Texas economy last week and more of that plan today.
