FALFURRIAS, Texas — A man was arrested in Falfurrias for refusing to comply with the Brooks County curfew.
Travis Bert Garcia was arrested overnight for, "Violation of Emergency Management Plan."
Officials say he was given a warning about the 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew in place and "refused to comply."
Several local counties have issued Stay At Home orders and curfews to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
