Facemask sales soaring as COVD-19 numbers spike

Facemask sales are soaring again after almost disappearing from many shelves at stores across the nation.

After a check of businesses and other data sources, sales have increased as Americans are worrying about the surging number of COVID-19 cases nationwide resulting from the delta variant.

According to the Adobe Digital Economy Index, mask sales were up 24 percent as of Tuesday.
