ROBSTOWN, Texas — Hundreds of vaccinations for the coronavirus were given out to members of the health care community on Tuesday.
Dozens of vehicles lined up at the Richard Borchard Regional Fairground in Robstown. The drive-thru vaccine clinic was hosted by the Corpus Christi - Nueces County Health Department, with 500 doses given to health care workers, first responders and elderly patients.
More vaccines are expected to be given out next week. There is no charge for the vaccine, and people are being asked to wear loose fit sleeves when they arrive to receive it.
