Beloved Mexican singer and composer Armando Manzanero has died today at the age of 85.

Several media reports indicate Manzanero died of complications from COVID-19.

Manzanero composed more than 400 bolero songs and ballads, including "Somos Novios," "Esta Tarde Vi Llover," "Contigo en la Distancia," and many more.
