Lacks Furniture giving back to a local non-profit dedicated to finding a cure for children’s cancers.
Lacks employees presented a check for $562 and Triumph Over Kid Cancer board member Catherine Hilliard was there to accept the check on behalf of her organization.
They raised the money during an annual awards ceremony for all store employees, and it’s the first time they’ve donated to TOKC.
Now, they say they’re motivated and ready to get involved even more with TOKC because they believe in their mission to find a cure for pediatric cancers.
