Nothing matches the simplicity and satisfaction of a Hershey’s chocolate bar.

For the entire 125-year history of the iconic brand, the chocolate bar has simply said “Hershey’s” on each little piece with simple packaging.

That’s about to change for the bars as it jumps into the 2000s with a fresh look.

Instead of “Hershey’s,” the bar will now feature 25 different emojis with six emoji packaging designs.

The company says the bar’s flavor will remain the same. But the emoji-laden bars will be available stores across the nation in standard and snack sizes by the end of the summer.

“Our classic Hershey’s bars were made to be shared with others,” Kriston Ohm, senior manager, Hershey’s brand said in a press release. “By adding an emoji design to each pip of chocolate, we hope that parents and kids are inspired to share a chocolate emoji and make a connection with someone new.”

Hershey’s says that the emojis were selected by parents and children to help spark conversations about their transformation.

According to simplemost.com, a research study working for Hershey’s showed that 87 percent of children agreed they want to share a new emoji bar with others.
