It was the celebration of Cinco de Mayo at the Buc Days Carnival.
At the same moment, the stage was set for many attractions and musical performances. Some who attended the carnival say these activities brought several families together.
Folks were also able to share what Cinco de Mayo means to them.
“It’s also a very good reason to come together and be united and especially with family members and friends, that you know, that maybe we don’t get to see year around and a lot of people do use this holiday for that reason,” says Nadine Saldana.
The Buc Days Carnival brings in many people from all over for family fun for many years.
Parents also say they realize that there are so many different activities to do at the carnival with their children.
Also, it was okay to stop and snag some cool Telemundo Corpus Christi gear as well.
