CCFC is hoping for a packed crowd for the home opener.

“Tomorrow is a chance for our young guys and some of our Corpus Christi talent to show why they are on the squad,” CCFC head coach Sebastian Giraldo said. “Some of the younger guys (will play) since we don’t have our full team. Giraldo hopes the team can continue to be strong at the gate again this season.

“We led the conference last year in attendance,” Giraldo said. “We hope to do the same thing again this year.”

The team will play its first game tomorrow tonight against FC Thunder over at Jack Dugan Stadium. The match is will start at 7 p.m.
