After an 18-month post-Hurricane Harvey rebuild, our ValueBank Texas Port Aransas branch will open the doors to a new bank facility on Monday, March 18.
Our ValueBank Texas Port Aransas branch was one of the hundreds of businesses that were affected by
Hurricane Harvey in 2017 and one of the many who have made the decision to stay and rebuild in Port
Aransas.
We never left this community and have been operating out of a mobile facility, so you can only
imagine how excited we are for this day.
“Our roots go deep in Port Aransas. We’ve been part of the Port Aransas community since 1991 when we
were Island State Bank” said Scott Heitkamp, President, and CEO of ValueBank Texas.
“There was never a doubt that we would rebuild and come back bigger and stronger for this community.”
