Police, fire and medical agencies provided a fitting tribute along the interstate as they escorted a terminally ill boy to Arkansas Children’s Hospital Thursday morning in Little Rock, Ark.

KATV reports that about 10-15 Little Rock police officers joined other local authorities and officials who lined the roadway for Louie Schneider, who is battling a terminal disease.

Policemen from other areas near Little Rock also took part in the escort, including the Bryant Police Department.
