These students already have spent a lot of money paying for school.
Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend, financial aid leaders and the Nueces County Action Center were also present to help students.
Del Mar staff say most of these students are nursing students. However, Del Mar administration add that space is limited for some of these programs.
Many students have made sacrifices to seek higher education.
Another advisory session is scheduled at 5:30 p.m. Monday. This will take place at the Emerging Technologies building on Del Mar’s West Campus.
