A Corpus Christi doctor who pleaded guilty in April to keeping false prescription records has been sentenced to probation and ordered to pay a fine.
Dr. Michael Jerome Pendleton today was ordered to serve 5 years probation and fined $5,000.
As a special condition in his sentencing, Pendleton must also perform 100 hours of community service within the first two years of his probation.
