Two roadways in Jim Wells County have been closed due to high water.
Rickey Daly with TxDOT says FM 2508 from County Road 481 to FM 1352 outside of Ben Bolt is closed due to flooding.
FM 1538 from SH 285 to SH 281 is closed west of Falfurrias.
TxDOT expects both roads to be closed until 6 p.m. or later. Drivers are advised to use an alternate route.
