A driver is dead this morning after crashing their truck late last night.
It happened around 11:30 Monday evening on US-77, near Redbird Lane in Calallen.
A Ford truck, occupied by a male driver and a female passenger, was headed northbound when they flipped off the overpass.
The truck landed on the road below, killing the driver and injuring the passenger.
That passenger was taken to a local hospital.
Officials are interviewing witnesses to find what led up to the crash.
The truck was the only vehicle involved.
