Things are a lot cleaner at a park in Flour Bluff so parents and kids won’t have to deal with what some parents discover Sunday afternoon.
Parents say playground equipment in Parker Park was covered in feces.
KRIS 6 News went to the park and discovered feces was smeared on the playground.
Parents decided to take action into their hands and cleaned up some parts of the playground using baby wipes and sanitizer.
Monday, crews with the city’s parks and recreation department cleaned the rest of the equipment.
